Refund Policy
At Event RV Camping, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is
designed to be fair while ensuring that we can maintain availability and manage high-
demand event-based bookings efficiently.
Standard Cancellation & Refund Terms
Full Refund: A full refund will be provided for any cancellation made at least 72
hours prior to the day of the booking.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 72 Hours Notice):
o If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled booking, a full
refund will only be issued if we are able to re-rent the reserved spot for the
same date(s).
o If the spot is not re-rented, the reservation is non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5–10
business days from the date of approval.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their reserved date(s) and fail to cancel in advance are not
eligible for a refund.
